Facial Excellence is a training academy and an own brand skincare range run by Lisa Bayly of Lisa Moore Therapy.

Lisa is a dental hygienist with a specialist interest in facial aesthetics. Lisa has been qualified in dental hygiene since 2003 and in aesthetics since 2010. Since Offering injectables and skincare treatments for many years Lisa has found a great passion for teaching others. She is also a trainer for BTC training medics, nurses and dental professionals in toxin and dermal filler treatments.

As well as being a board member of the BACDP.

Facial Excellence specialises in advanced skin care training for medics, dental professionals, healthcare professionals and level 3 beauty therapists and above.

Our courses are comprehensive in both theory and practical giving hands on experience to accompany the in depth theoretical aspect of all the treatments offered.

Most of the courses are run from our clinic in Colchester Essex but bespoken course, small groups or 1-1 training is also available in other locations nationwide.

Our course are all approved by Hamilton Fraser, and accredited by the CPD company so you will also obtain CPD hours.

About Me

I obtained a degree in Chemistry from The University of York in 2001 but I soon knew this wasn’t the path for me. I enjoyed being around people and not stuck in a lab! So from there my dental career began. I trained at Leeds Dental Institute to obtain my diploma in Dental Hygiene and Therapy. I knew I’d found my calling. I worked in NHS practice for over ten years but now I work solely in the private sector. I had always been interested in the beauty sector so facial aesthetics was a natural progression for me. I found I could actually combine my science knowledge with my anatomy knowledge and still work with people. It is the perfect fit. My chemistry background gives me insight into product selection and my dental training gives me intimate facial anatomy knowledge to perform treatments safely and effectively. I carried out my initial training with Derma Medical, who are one of the largest aesthetic training companies in the country. I have also trained on the prestigious Harley Street and at Kings Hospital London.

I am registered with The General Dental Council (GDC number 6583) and, as such, I must adhere to strict guidelines with regard to code of conduct. This means you can rest assured that you are in safe hands. I also regularly attend courses and undertake training to keep up to date with any new protocols.

Reflect Aesthetics

About Us

Reflect Aesthetics was established in 2016 by owner Ashleigh Holmes. Ashleigh qualified with distinction from University of Liverpool in 2012 and holds a Combined Diploma in Dental Hygiene and Therapy. Having worked in the dental industry for over 17 years she decided to broaden her skills and expertise and study the art of facial aesthetics and skin rejuvenation. Ashleigh is registered with the General Dental Council and insured with Cosmetic Insure.

Ashleigh’s commitment and dedication is always apparent in her professional approach to her work, she prides herself on being meticulous with a keen eye for detail and safety. Ashleigh’s key areas of expertise are Botulinum Toxin (Botox) treatments and dermal filler rejuvenation.

In November 2019, 3 years after her first training course, Ashleigh opened up her own clinic “Reflect Aesthetics – Beauty – Skin – Laser- Training”. This beautiful bespoke clinic lies discreetly in the heart of the Fylde Coast and is easily accessible from the motorway with plenty of parking.
